The approach shot often requires a long Iron / Hybrid. Imagine you’ve hit the perfect shot. If you haven’t answered them, there are three very simple questions.
If you want to experience the fulfilment of more approach shots hitting their targets, then there are two steps to follow.

In the last weeks we’ve told you that, if you had an average swing speed, an improvement of just 0.04 in smash factor (ball speed / clubhead speed) would add nearly 11 yards to your tee shot distance, if all else was equal.
Three golfers, two who swing quite aggressively but struggle to find the hitting zone are several yards shorter than the golfer with very steady swing speed who does find the hitting zone.
For the average swing speed golfer, just improving their smash factor (that’s a measure of how close to the sweet spot they strike the ball) by 0.04 will add nearly 11 yards to their tee shot.
A British health company completed extensive research on new year resolution and health and fitness, and found that of the population
